An Exciting Opportunity!

I was SO honored recently to be ASKED by a producer of the Food Network to tryout for their upcoming Halloween Baking Challenge! Upon accepting the invitation and after a few video taped interviews I realized I was not ready for this great adventure and politely stepped away, declining this year and mentioning I'd like to try out for next year. There was a LOT involved with the interview process and trying to juggle present orders and the networks requests of baked items needed to be done and photographed It became difficult. Also due to prior commitments of orders(wedding cakes)due the weeks they would have to fly me out to California it was just not feasible. But I have no regrets and I feel I still came out on top by learning what to do and how to do it for next year!
