When choosing flavors please note some specialty cake options are more expensive then basic flavors and will be noted with the $ symbol indicating an additional fee. I also do seasonal flavors that are not shown so please ask.

ALL cakes are covered in vanilla buttercream and marshmallow fondant unless other arrangements are made during ordering. Prices can vary on final ingredients/design.

I use non-toxic food grade colors to enhance your cakes when dusting, mixing or airbrushing.
Some items that are non-toxic but should be removed prior to eating are glitter based decorations and heavy metallics. Though non-toxic they are not edible, only for decoration purposes.

Whip Cream Frosting
For customers who want a mildly sweet topping I also make fresh whip cream frosting. Because of it's delicate nature this "frosting" can NOT be used as a filling or if your looking for a smooth surface...it just won't work for that. It's better for rosettes, piping simple patterns and rustic textures and cupcake toppings.
Whip cream "frosting" MUST stay cold or it will melt. It is not recommended to be used with any fondant type decorations as it will dissolve decor.
Pairs nicely with fruit.
For customers who have dietary restrictions I can do the following:
Gluten Free, Corn free, Corn AND gluten free, Sugar free, Dairy free, Egg free, Dairy, egg AND gluten free, organic and vegan based cakes. Flavors are limited so please ask. A lot of my fillings can be paired with the above cake flavors. I offer these to my customers with lifestyle choice diets. If you have a life threatening allergy I can not take your order due to no guarantee of 100% non-contamination as I work with so many types of ingredients. I do my utmost BEST to have all my equipment and tools clean and sanitized prior to ANY order placed and for the above for-mentioned types of cakes I take extra special care to keep cross contamination from occurring.
Please note that the above choices are much more than regular cakes because of the ingredient costs and care that is taken to make your special cakes. :)
