A front view of the water done in different shades of green/blue buttercream with white buttercream wave caps to get a more "ocean" look. Rocks are marshmallow fondant.

Tower and house were meticulously cut by hand using model schematics. Once pieced together they were "glued" with edible glue and then cured to dry hard. The light house has a actual light in the top!

Sweet little cake that was built in two pieces..the bride and groom pushed them together to form the heart of the tree. Children's names on plaques and a little pink butterfly to symbolize the grand daughter. One half was chocolate cake, raspberry filling, chocolate ganache, fudge buttercream, marshamallow fondant. Other half was lemon cake, raspberry filling, white chocolate ganache, buttercream, marshmallow fondant. Tree was hand sculpted and was made from fondant enhanced with tylose

A Kiss In Paris

A sweet little cake with plenty of rich flavors. Chocolate cake, mocha fudge frosting, raspberry filling, white chocolate ganache and a thin covering of marshmallow fondant. The Eiffel Tower and shadow couple were hand carved/painted with gumpaste and foodcoloring. This cake was used in a charity auction.
